California Diner Bans Tipping, Diners who stiff their servers normally get the stink eye at restaurants, but a no-tipping trend is gaining momentum. Brand 158 in Glendale, CA has officially banned gratuity payments (as well as paying the bill with cash). According to the Los Angeles Times, the restaurants host tells patrons about the rule when they arrive, explaining that servers at the restaurant receive a higher wage, which is built into the price of the meal.Continue Reading...
