Philipp Lahm, Philipp Lahm was 11 years old when he joined Bayern Munich. He arrived at Säbener Strasse full of enthusiasm and with the diminutive attacking midfielder Mehmet Scholl as his hero. The only problem was that Lahm soon found himself playing at full-back.
