R.S.N. Rayer

R.S.N. Rayer, Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer, who is also one of the 20 lawyers assisting in the remand process of the 156 Penang Voluntary Patrol Squad (PPS) members detained yesterday, was himself arrested at the Northeast district police headquarters here.
